FAQs

Will I be able to be hypnotized?

You will not feel hypnotized. This is simply a relaxation of the nervous system so you may access the subconscious. Yes, everyone can be hypnotized.

I don’t like being out of control, will this work for me?

You are in control the whole time. You can take yourself out of hypnosis at any moment you please. When you are hypnotized, you will be reviewing, not reliving. 

Clients walk away from these sessions feeling empowered and in more control of their lives.

What is RTT not to be used for?

RTT is not used to cure or diagnose health issues, cure mental disorders, or to treat anxiety and depression.

How long do sessions usually last?

90 minutes. Sometimes it may run a bit longer.
